Background
As the former CEO of Fellowship of Companies for Christ International, now Christ @ Work, Kingdom Companies founder and CEO, Alan Ross has years of experience and success in understanding the issues facing Christian business owners, CEO’s or practitioners as they seek to grow their companies amidst a sea of intense competition. While we are called to integrate our personal faith into every aspect of our lives, often the tyranny of the business gets in the way of the need for a Kingdom focus.

Kingdom Transformation Program
While this appears like a three day seminar, it is much more; it is the foundation for change. Our challenge at Kingdom Companies is to serve Christian business leaders where they need it most, balancing the tensions between running a business and using that business as a platform for ministry. There are three Strategic Objectives of the program:

1. Viable Business Model. Designed to evaluate and strengthen your business model through the pre-session assignment and 1 ½ Days of intense review and application. Too often, debt, sales volume, profit margins, cost structures and every action that impacts your balance sheet or your P&L are overlooked – or misunderstood- until it is too late and the debtor becomes a slave to the lender. In our years of experience helping business owners we have seen companies leverage their future without realizing the impact. The Viable Business Model review requires that we include God in the decisions we make, trust that He knows the best model, and knows the customers, markets, products and services that will create the most successful, Kingdom Company. We lay the foundation for this in the pre-session assessment and in the first day and a half.
2. Growth and Opportunity (GO® System). When Jesus told the disciples, who were good at what they did, that they should cast their nets into a place they would never have cast them, He was sharing the most practical and profound principles of sales and marketing for the Kingdom company. We take these principles and apply them to growing your business or practice profitably. The GO® System has been used by companies with $500 million in sales revenue and small private practices with enough revenue to support the owner; all with remarkable effectiveness and impact.
3. Unconditional Employee Excellence Program. Creating a true “customer centric” company is the responsibility of every employee regardless of how many you might have. You will be trained in the facilitation of the powerful Unconditional Excellence program, a four session DVD program that has energized employees, increased their career satisfaction and transformed the culture of the companies they work within.

While we treat each Strategic Objective independently, in reality they work synergistically to create a process for change that is powerful, practical and effective. The business owner or leaders becomes the agents of change, transforming the company through the power of assessment, and revealed wisdom and focused action.

Because we focus on developing the leader’s skills as the agent of change, we open the program to both small business and practice owners and the leadership they rely on to bring about change and operate functionally within the company. The cost of the program covers up to three leaders from the company with a minimal charge for any additional leaders from the same company. Due to the intense nature, open and honest evaluation and discussion, we do recommend that participation be limited to key senior leaders or partners who are vital to the overall success and vision of the company.

God has a vision for your company and your role as the leader/steward of it. Once you accept the responsibility of being a Kingdom Company, you change the relationship between you and God, allowing Him to be in control while you align with His will, His plans and His ways. It is perhaps the most energizing, powerful and effective way to run a business for a Christian business owner. Discovering His vision for your business, aligning with and releasing the fullness of His gifts to live the vision daily is what the Kingdom Company Transformation program is all about.

Since there are real everyday business issues that must be transformed through this process, a Kingdom Company must also be an excellent, well run, financially sound organization that is a model of what God would want our companies to look like as we serve our customers, our employees and our suppliers.

The tools you will be given and equipped to use will last for a lifetime and will likely be the single best investment you will ever make. These are not coaching sessions but transformation engagements, allowing you to work on your business or practice while you work in your business or practice. The integration of you faith walk with your business life is perhaps the most important challenge you face as a business owner and this program will be a powerful catalyst for that integrated approach.

At the end of the program:
