(Note: Months three, five, seven, nine and eleven will be conducted in web-based group sessions with lice call in. These two hour sessions will build on the content and track the progress of the members between in-person group sessions conducted at Simpsonwood Retreat Center. For some of these sessions, we recommend the member include any leaders he has asked to serve on the Legacy leadership Team, to be the driving agents of change in the organization. Better still, those leaders are likely to be the ones chosen by the member to undergo the free Membership Certification training program that will teach the Legacy Leaders how to use the assessment and development tools that are part of the Covenantal Employee relations System or CER System.)
